We do not search elsewhere and then include additional information which you have not provided.  We rely on you to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate and current.

2.    We use the provided information only for the following purposes:

Providing our casting services, including the display of customized content;

Auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services;

Ensuring the technical functioning of the server we use and applicable software;

Protecting the rights or property of Latham Casting or our users; and

developing new services.

3.    We maintain the provided information in a database located on a proprietary server operated by “Host Gator.”  Access is password protected, but we take no other extraordinary security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.  We rely on the server provider for providing any other security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store your personal data. We restrict access to personal information to: Latham Casting employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services, and of course our motion picture director clients, all on a “need to know” basis.  Despite these measures, we cannot guaranty that hackers, identity thieves or others seeking unauthorized access will not be able to access and copy or extract the personal information you provide for storage in our database.  For this reason, you agree not to sue Latham Casting or any of its employees, officers, directors, managers, owners, partners, contractors or agents for loss or damages of any kind in the event that an unauthorized person or entity is able to gain access to your personal information maintained in our database.  This provision does not mean that you cannot seek a remedy in the event the Latham Casting intentionally sells or otherwise intentionally discloses your personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy.  We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities to resolve any complaints regarding the unauthorized accessing or transfer of personal data.     

4.    We do not exercise control over other sites, applications, gadgets, services or products.  We do not sell, license, lease or rent your provided information to anyone.
